- Device Token — Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for sending push notifications.
- Subscription Information — Your subscription plan level and status, managed through Google Play and RevenueCat.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity via email OTP verification.
- To store and display your contacts and their important dates.
- To send push notification reminders for upcoming Waras, Birthdays, and Anniversaries.
- To manage your subscription and contact limits.
- To improve app functionality and user experience.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers hosted on Hostinger VPS. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between the app and our servers. Database access is restricted and protected with authentication.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — For delivering push notifications. Google's privacy policy applies.
- RevenueCat — For managing in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies.
- Google AdMob — For displaying advertisements in the free plan. Google's advertising privacy policy applies.
- Google Play Billing — For processing subscription payments. Google's privacy policy applies.
Push Notifications
We send push notifications to remind you of upcoming events. You can enable or disable notifications at any time from the app's Settings page. When disabled, no notifications will be sent.
Advertisements
The free version of the app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. These ads may use device identifiers and usage data as per Google's advertising policies. Paid subscribers (Silver and Gold plans) may experience a reduced ad experience.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by the third-party services listed above for app functionality. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at saifuddin@almufaddal.com.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the app.
- Export your contacts data as an Excel file.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Disable push notifications at any time.
