Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Waras Mubarak ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Waras Mubarak is a Hijri Waras, Birthday & Anniversary reminder application designed for the Dawoodi Bohra Community. The app allows users to store contacts with Hijri and English dates and receive push notification reminders.
User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- One account per email address is permitted.
Subscription Plans
- Free Plan — Up to 7 contacts, lifetime free, includes advertisements.
- Silver Plan — Up to 30 contacts, billed annually through Google Play.
- Gold Plan — Up to 100 contacts, billed annually through Google Play.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Google Play's terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store.
User Content
You retain ownership of all contact data you enter into the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any personal information of others that you enter into the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Use the app to collect data for unauthorized purposes.
Notifications
The app sends push notifications for event reminders. While we strive for timely delivery, we do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered at exact times. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network connectivity, and third-party services (Firebase).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that date calculations (including Hijri calendar conversions) will be 100% accurate at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Al Mufaddal Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed reminders or incorrect date calculations.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
